What your players see
Here's what buying from your store looks like for a player, so you can answer their questions.
Checkout
- They add packages to their basket and go to checkout.
- Minecraft: they enter their Minecraft username. If the name doesn't look like a real account, they're warned and can tick Use this name anyway.
- WARDOGS: they press Sign in through Steam. The page then says Buying as their Steam name, and the slot goes to that account.
- They enter an email for the receipt.
- A discount or gift card code can be applied.
- They pay by card and press Place order.
Their account
Players can sign in to your store with a link sent to their email (no password). Their account shows their orders, subscriptions and gift cards. They can cancel a subscription there themselves, and add a gift card by its code.
Common questions
- "I paid but didn't get my rank." On Minecraft, check the command queue. Commands marked "player must be online" wait until they join. On WARDOGS, check Reserved slots.
- "I typed the wrong username." On Minecraft, fix the command with Save and retry in the queue.
- "How do I stop paying?" They can cancel from their account page, or you can cancel it on Subscriptions.
