Orders

Open Orders to see every purchase. Search by order reference or player name.

An order shows the player, their email, its status, the subtotal, any discount or gift card used, what was paid, and a link to the Stripe receipt.

Overview

The Overview page sums up your sales for a range of dates: Taken, Paid orders, Average order, Started, not paid (checkouts the player didn't finish) and Active subscriptions, with a sales chart.

Refunds

Refunds are made in your Stripe dashboard. If the purchase gave something in game, remember to take it back: on Minecraft with a console command, on WARDOGS with Revoke on the Reserved slots page.
