Reserved slots

When a player buys a reserved slot, TehkStore adds their Steam account to each server the package covers, usually within a few minutes. One purchase covering three servers shows as one row.

Filter by status:

• Active: the player is on the reserved list.
• Waiting for a slot: the server's reserved list is full. TehkStore keeps checking and adds the player as soon as a place frees up.
• Failed: TehkStore couldn't add them, for example because the server was unreachable for a long time. The row says why.
• Removed: the slot ended (a subscription ran out, or you revoked it).

Actions

• Retry now: try again straight away.
• Mark handled: you sorted it out yourself.
• Revoke: take the slot away.

Revoking does not stop a subscription from billing. To stop the payments too, cancel it on the Subscriptions page.

How players buy

At checkout, players press Sign in through Steam, so the slot always goes to the right account. They don't need to type a SteamID.
